Public website
Discovery, enquiries, registration interest, and guidance for everyone.
Welcome to the House of Languages Portal Access Centre. House of Languages is built as a modern language-learning platform where learners can find tutors, institutions, language services, and learning opportunities. At the same time, approved users can access a secure portal for learning records, teaching tools, institutional access, staff operations, and service support.
Please choose the portal or access path that best matches who you are.
Discovery, enquiries, registration interest, and guidance for everyone.
Approved users only, with secure access to records, operations, and service tools.
Choosing the correct access path keeps the system clear and easier to support.
House of Languages serves different groups of users. A student does not need the same access as a teacher. A teacher does not need the same access as an institution. A staff member does not use the same tools as a service client.
That is why this page helps you understand the correct access point before logging in. The public website is for discovery, enquiries, registration interest, and guidance. The protected portal is for approved users who need secure access to learning, teaching, administrative, or institutional tools.
Different access paths protect the system and help each user get the right experience.
The public site is the place for browsing, enquiring, and starting registration interest.
The portal is reserved for users who have issued credentials or approved access.
The Student Portal is for learners who are already registered with House of Languages or with a connected teacher or institution.
Students may use the portal to view learning updates, class information, attendance, progress, notices, documents, and fee-related information where available.
The Teacher Portal is for approved teachers, onboarding tutors, and instructors connected to House of Languages.
Teachers use this portal to complete their onboarding, manage their teaching profile, submit qualifications, view assigned learners, manage attendance where enabled, and access teaching-related communication.
Institution Access is for language institutions, learning centres, universities, colleges, online academies, corporate training centres, community centres, and partner organizations.
House of Languages also supports institutions that want to be listed, onboard teachers, connect learners, request services, or partner in language learning.
The Staff and Admin Portal is for authorised House of Languages staff only. This includes administration, admissions, finance, academic coordination, teacher management, reporting, documents, and internal operations.
This area is not open to the general public. Staff access is restricted and must be issued by the system administrator or management.
The Parent or Guardian Portal is for parents and guardians who have been authorised to view selected learner information.
Where enabled, parents may access updates related to attendance, progress, notices, payment-related information, and communication from the institution.
Not every visitor needs portal login. Some visitors come to House of Languages for services such as translation, interpretation, corporate language training, admissions support, document support, or institutional partnerships.
For service clients, the first step is usually to submit a request through the public website. A portal login may only be needed later if the service requires ongoing tracking or account access.
Your portal account may contain private learning, teaching, financial, institutional, or administrative information. Please keep your login details safe.
Do not share your password with anyone. Always use the official House of Languages portal link. If you are unsure whether a link is genuine, contact House of Languages before logging in.

Choose the public route first when you need discovery, enquiry, or registration interest.
No. You can use the public website without an account. You can browse tutors, institutions, services, admissions information, branches, and contact pages freely.
You only need an account when you want to access protected portal areas such as student records, teacher tools, staff operations, or approved institutional access.
The public website is for discovery, enquiries, registration interest, and general information.
The portal is a protected system for approved users. It is where students, teachers, staff, institutions, and authorised users access private records, learning tools, teaching tools, administrative functions, and communication features.
Choose the portal based on who you are:
Yes. Portal access is only available to users who have approved or issued login credentials.
If you have not received login details, please contact the House of Languages administration or support team.
In some cases, you may be able to start a registration or onboarding process from the public website, such as teacher registration or institution registration.
However, full portal access is only activated after review or approval by the House of Languages team. This helps protect users, records, and institutional information.
Use the login details given to you by House of Languages or your connected institution.
Your username may be your admission number, student number, email address, or another username issued by the administration.
Depending on what has been enabled, students may use the portal to:
Teachers should use the Teacher Portal if they have been approved, invited, or are currently completing onboarding with House of Languages.
New teachers may start their registration from the public website, but the full teacher application, profile completion, qualification submission, document upload, and approval process happens inside the protected LMS portal.
A teacher can start the registration or interest process from the public website.
However, this does not automatically make the teacher approved or publicly listed. The teacher must complete the required onboarding and review process before being activated.
Depending on their access level, teachers may use the portal to:

Yes. House of Languages is designed to help users find both individual language tutors and institutions.
You can search for a tutor directly, or you can browse institutions to see available teachers, services, and learning options.
House of Languages takes inspiration from platforms like Preply by making it easy to browse tutors, compare learning options, and find the right teacher or institution.
However, House of Languages is designed for a broader language-learning ecosystem. It supports individual tutors, institutions, corporate training, translation, interpretation, admissions help, and protected portal access.
It means House of Languages is being built to help learners quickly connect with the right language support.
Just as Uber helps a user find a nearby or suitable driver, House of Languages aims to help users find the right tutor, institution, service, or learning path based on their needs.
No. Student records are private and protected.

Portal access depends on your role.
A student, teacher, parent, institution, and staff member will not see the same tools. Each user sees only the areas that are relevant and authorised for their role.
Yes. If you are not sure which portal or access path applies to you, contact House of Languages support. The team will guide you to the right place.
